What's included in our Comprehensive Psychological Evaluation?
A psychological assessment is a comprehensive evaluation of an individual’s cognitive, behavioral, and emotional functioning as well as their learning style.
The key areas examined in a psychological assessment are:

Intellectual reasoning capacity, or IQ

Academic achievement, particularly in the areas of reading, writing and math
-
Language-based abilities;

Executive functioning (skills such as planning, prioritizing, organizing, problem solving, cognitive flexibility, cognitive inhibition, etc.);

Attention capacities and associated behaviors

Memory abilities, including visual and auditory memory in both immediate and delayed modalities; and
-
Social or Behavioral Functioning

Emotional Functioning
With every psychological evaluation we conduct a Comprehensive Clinical Interview, a review of educational or medical history (as necessary), you will obtain an accurate and Comprehensive diagnosis included in a 6-10 page report, a feedback session to explain findings & Results, documentation of learning disabilities, developmental delays, Attention/Concentration disorders, Mental/Psychological disorders and Eligibility or need for accommodation reports (IEP, 504, School/work as needed).
